Spent time putting on socks, cap under bike helmet and windbreaker.
Once on the road I found out I did not need any of the extra gear. This cost me about 3 min. extra. Lesson learned.

1st mile at 7:30's and that was my plan for the rest but then cramping in my right quad area mile 2
cramping left quad area mile 3 and 4. Surprised I was able to keep running.

Subject: Terre Haute Triathlon
With all the pain and cramping I still beat my lousy time from last year. I had lots of fun with the SCTC members. # of our club members won trophys. I was proud of my teammates.
I don't think I will do this race again. To far from home.
