Pro 4507 Simpsonville, SC | Subject: RE: "Brand New You"-New weight loss group! I like the 90 day thing, too. Still want to hit my goal by 9/1 so I can stabilize for my HIM on 9/30. Oh, and not to be picky, cuz I do appreciate anyone who is saavy enough to put out a chart, but I'm BARQHEAD not BARGHEAD. Or you can just use Pam if you want to simplify. Pam |

Member 15 | Subject: RE: "Brand New You"-New weight loss group! Josh - not to complicate this any further, but do you want to include bf% goals? I am hovering around 25%, would be nice to be down to 17% |

Master 3546 Millersville, MD | Subject: RE: "Brand New You"-New weight loss group! Most of your wishes are my command... 1) barQ - so sorry... corrected. 2) Kathy - since I work for the government, we'll just say it was your taxes that paid for me to add all those hyperlinks. Names of those who have public logs are now hyperlinked. 3) BF%... feel free to self report when you weigh in, but not everyone has the means to measure that and I don't want the table to get too big/complicated.

Member 11 | Subject: RE: "Brand New You"-New weight loss group! OK here we go. Hoping that this isn't too late to get into the group. I figure this is as good of a place to start as any. I have a mixed background, not much biking, no swimming, and very slow running. So I thought hey why not tri a tri. First one will likely end up being General Smallwood Sprint in Sept, and/or the Osprey in MD on 6OCT. Still plenty of time! Start weight: 250 Goal weight (9/20): 220 j |

Pretty new to this BT thing. This is my first post. I have been tracking my nutrition and training for the last few days, saw this and thought I would give it a try. My overall goal is to be under 300lbs by Dec. I have not been under 300lbs since my freshman year of college (1997). Blizzard |

Veteran 288 | Subject: RE: "Brand New You"-New weight loss group! Hi guys! I started this crazy odyssey last Jan. I weighed in at 296lbs I started training for a 1/2 mary...did my first one. Then 4 duathlons...then another 1/2 mary. As it stands I an down to 248lbs (48lbs total!) I am totally committed to training and eating healthy simply because of the great results I have had. (and expect to continue having.) The past few weeks I have hit a plateau. Not to worry, I understand that my body is struggling to hold onto every last fat cell it can, it must think there's a famine! I am 36 years old, married to a wonderfully supportive wife we have a young son (5 yrs old) I work in the golf industry, and am very tired of being XXL! Although in the last event I entered I ordered an XL shirt and it FIT!!!!!! That has been my barometer...my clothes keep getting loose! Good luck to everyone, hope you all stay positively motivated see you next Friday! whoops I forgot, my goal is between 220 - 200 lbs by October! Edited by chudley 2007-06-22 8:56 PM |

Extreme Veteran 608 Iceland | Subject: RE: "Brand New You"-New weight loss group! I am in for a longer challenge too. My goal weight for Aug 30th is 185lbs and as that is the day we lave for a 3 week vacation including a 9 day cruise I just hope the be still around that weight on Sept 20th.
So 90 days to 185lbs that would give me 14lbs to loose in 90 days. Edited by Joblin 2007-06-23 7:05 AM |
