Comments: Started cramping around 9 to 10 miles in. Calves, left shin, and the knee muscle(a little bit, i don't know it's name). I thought food was good, 8 gels spaced out about every 20 minutes. High humidity in the 'canyon' made it hard to cool effectively, but better than my training run there a month ago. What would you do differently?: Start drinking a little earlier. Didn't start drinking until about 3 miles into the race. Post race
