Subject: RE: What are you listening to?Only for trainer rides and occasionally brick or easy runs in a traffic-free area. Mostly Hawaiian surf music. Hapa, Brudda Iz, etc. It's just happy and has a good rhythm for running. I like to imagine I'm running in Hawaii. My own, friends and former coaches that I "channel" etc. No, they don't tell me to do anything violent, just to suck it up, go faster, relax, etc. I train solo a lot so my brain knows how to keep itself busy and deal with protests from the body.
