I'm leaning toward #2, but I'll wait until the swimsuit contest.

Great shot of Jackson Square/St. Louis Cathedral.

I'm with bear. I have no idea who are the top people in the sport. I only knew Susan Williams because I swam with her at Chatsfield one day. Didn't know it until afterwards but she's a great swimmer. Duh!

I'm not elist either but the best thing about tri's is you DON'T have to be particularly elite to be competitive. I mean jeez my last tri I was last in my age group but I dusted my overall sprint tri time by 23 minutes! So I ended up winning anyway. So I just don't pay attention to watching tri's etc. It's boring to watch. It's cool to participate.

He, he, he. We met that boar outside of New Orleans, too. One of the swamp tour companies kept her when they found her injured as a baby. Then due to everyone feeding her (she had a taste for candy bars and fried things!) she gained like 200 lbs in a year or something. Poor thing is soooo fat. They now have a sign by where she lays telling folks not to feed her. She's a sweetie though. You can't see it in that photo, but she has "PET" spray painted on her side so that she didn't get shot during hunting season! LOL!

Thanks, Kim. I am now an informed voter. After checking out all these men, I must say that based on the best overall appearance, I voted for DEBOOM! This is the Kona speedo competition, right?

I'm going with Simon Lessing as well.  I watched him up close at Lake Placid and he absolutely crushed everyone, never losing the lead from 10 minutes into the swim until the finish.  And the amazing thing is that it was his 1st full distance Triathlon!  The only hesistation I might have regarding my choice would be his recovery and ability to put in another such effort 3 months later.  It's tough, but I certainly wouldn't bet against him!
