Ok. I ordered a new Dura Ace 10 sp shifter set (e-bay item number 290135732838) from what I thought via my research was a reputable power dealer on e-bay. Sent MO on June 13th and waited. E-mailed and called seller after 10 days when I didn't receive it. Checked e-bay and seller marked item as payment received on June 24th so I figured they were just backed up with orders. I called and e-mailed for a tracking number and got no response. I called and e-mailed again to no avail. I waited another week or so to see if possibly the item was sent. I go back into e-bay to e-mail seller and there is a notice saying the seller is taking three weeks off in August. I wait three weeks and e-mail and call seller again - no response. I leave negative feedback and report the seller to the e-bay fraud department who inform me that they take these matters serious and that I should attempt to contact the seller again. OK, that's a lot of help. My money is gone... I decide that I should warn everyone I can about this seller. Search by the item number on e-bay. I know there are sharks out there but this REALLY looks like a legit seller. Fool me once...

(I'm not sure about an joke on here, but the posting was probably pulled)

Good job getting the word out on who to avoid.

I attempted to purchase a Spinerval DVD in March from flickerind aka Flicker90. I also made the mistake of sending a Money Order to someone who I thought was "reputable". I never got the DVD, and he just gave me a bunch of bull$h!t for weeks about how initially his new "bidding software" wasn't set up to recognize money order payments; later how it shows "his warehouse" has sent my DVD, it must be lost.....to it sounding like he was the 3rd party person in all of this.

I gave him plenty of time to get this order straight and finally was advised by eBay to open up a dispute against him, which I did.

He sold DVDs as flickerind and Flicker90, and the account with which I dealt with was "flickerind", which was eventually shut down.

I didn't get my money back and since I didn't play by the money protection rules, I got hosed. Fair enough.

Just DON'T send any money orders to:

JASON GENDLER in Davie, FL. for whatever eBay business name he is using now.

You should also open up a dispute against bicyclingblowouts.

Don't send money orders or wire money to anyone... that's a huge red flag. If they don't accept PayPal it's probably a hoax. Paypal offers protection, while a money order is like sending them cash.

This same guy ripped me off the same way only with a completely different business entity. If you can, file a complaint against him on www.complaint.ic3.gov I did. He has several different emails, entities, addresses, numbers, and even spells his name differently to continue his fraudelant ways.
