Comments:

Very wet race.
Left achilles and right leg felt pretty bad at the start and I thought about pulling out. After the first 1km everything felt ok.
Ran with Cat for the first half but lost her going down Causewayhead Road.
Pace felt pretty consistent throughout.
What would you do differently?:

Start the race without injury

Warm down:

No warm down. Loads of people I know did this race so it was very much a case of finding out how everyone did.
A pal of mine had stopped his watch at 39:59, the official result gives him at 40:01 - shame.
Fantastic run from my wife who went sub 45min.

NICE RACE!!!! Smokin' fast time.  The only way I could go that fast for 10km would be if the course was all downhill and I had roller blades on. Smile LOL

Keep it up!  Whenever I need to see lots of pink, I come check out your logs.  It gets me motivated.
