Comments:

Going into this race I figuresd there was almost no way I wouldnt break 1:15- just from how I have been running lately. Well there was I wasy- I was just kinda slow :( I did this race last year (1:17) so I kind of knew the course. First 2 miles were sub 8s and that was it.I just never really felt comfortable, never got that"feeling" kwim?? I did have a nice kick at the end- not sure wher that came from - I couldnt find it the rest of the race.
What would you do differently?:

I dont know
Post race
Warm down:

Pouted a little. Went to the Ale House and had some beers- YEP- much happier now :)
It was a PR- so I cant complain (although its only the 2cnd 15K I have done)

Event comments:

Fun course- Fun time

I've already told you a bunch of times in private - but now the rest of BT can read it.

You're still the best almost-sister a guy could have!  LOL.

My predictions are off a little - but I knew you'd get a new PR!

A PR is a PR. Great job. Maybe the whistle slowed you down.
