Comments: Tried to push it today after doing a 1/2 mary last weekend for the 1st time, since I had an idea of racing at this distance now, not just finishing. What would you do differently?: Nothing. Ok, maybe push it a little harder in the 2nd half, maybe. Post race
Warm down: Some walking and chatting and stretching. What limited your ability to perform faster: The usual: overweight & haven't been training long. Event comments: Fun race, especially for $10. Had low expectations but they had plenty of volunteers and the course was well-marked. Thought I was lost for a while because no one in front or in back, but I wasn't :) Nice to run on soft surface, even tho it makes for slower time. Last updated: 2007-10-08 12:00 AM

Walked 10-15 mins, a little stretching.
