  • Comments: Race organizers made the right decision to cancel the swim after my heat. Kayaks couldn't even stay in place. Post-race pretty much got ruined, as was the timing. Bummer timing for a storm, but what can you do? Still an awesome community race.

  • Comments: This was my first triathlon! I had an absolute blast. My overall ranking includes the kids race where there probably were about 60 or more kids ahead of me.

  • Comments: 2nd time doing the full race - loved it! Fun atmosphere at night in Boise. Lots of spectators. Odd that there would be 3 pros racing. I recommend this race to anyone interested in tri's. I wish they'd time the transitions - can't truly gauge performance in each section without that - or see how you matched up in the swim & bike against others (times are combined w/ T1 & T2).

  • Comments: After having traveled outside of the state for a few races now, I have to say the Boise Y really puts on a hell of a race. None of the races out of state really compare.

  • Comments: First time doing this race. Had a great time. Fun having lots of people there. Love that so many new people are giving tri a shot - and that this race promotes beginners. Wish the results had split & pace columns and an overall list - maybe that'll come later.

  • Comments: Well put together for the amount of people that attended. Plenty of waves so it did not seem crowded. A short race but good for working on transitions.
