  • Comments: I can't say enough good things about this race. The staff was helpful the volunteer were great. All the triathletes were helpful and courteous.

  • Comments: I still love this race and hope to do it every year. There was plenty of water on the run course (last year they ran out) so that helped a lot. All of the other athletes are so supportive that it makes DFL a little easier to swallow.

  • Comments: Enjoyed the smaller race, but our swim wave was huge. Probably half of the 300 racers were in my wave, out of the 4 total.

  • Comments: This is my first ever triathlon, I wanted to finish in 2 hr 30 min and completely crushed that goal! Even though I came in 5th from last, I came in! Thanks to my husband and all fellow BT'ers for being at the finish line to cheer me across. I had a great time.....

  • Comments: It's fun to be able to do a race like this and then be able to do other things for the rest of the day, but I still think I'm better suited for longer races. My AG place was worse than WLH, but I think my overall place was better. Or maybe it's just that I would rather race long course. Anyway, I had a sh#tload of fun and that's why I came out today. And that's why I do this, ultimately.

  • Comments: I enjoyed the day. We did great as Mac Masters triathlon swimming group. First place Masters Woman,First place Men 40-44,First place Men 20-24(my son),First place Men 55-59.Made a lot of noice at the awards ceremony it was fun.

  • Comments: Wasn't really a grandiose affair. You started, finished and that's it. i would like a little more pizzaz after the race.
