  • Comments: When I woke this morning I was a little down about having to run. I have been staying off my feet to allow a pain in my lower left leg. It helped as Legs felt good and really not much pain to speech of. 4 races in this series down two to go. I like it.

  • Comments: This is a series put on to get people out in the winter. Not a lot of fluff, but the basics are great. I'm glad I brought my own water bottle, only one stop on the course, but I kind of think thats expected for this race.

  • Comments: I am very satified with this race. I didn't miss my goal by much and not much at all considering the course itself. I'm glad Mike and I decided to do this series. It's been great training so far and has helped me on my January Challenge. Four races down two to go.

  • Comments: The race was well organized. The mile markers were a big help. Volunteers were at every intersection. Yellowjacket did the timing chips. Everything went smoothly. A well run race.

  • Comments: 3 people with Forerunners all had the course measured at 6.45 miles. The hill in mile 5 is brutal. Fun winter race.

  • Comments: The Freezeroos are geared towards serious local runners. I was worried about using this one as my first 10K, given that it's longer than a true 10K distance and has lots of hills, but it worked out fine. The weather cooperated, so there was no ice on the roads to worry about.
