  • Comments: Great race - nice course, and lots of nice people. Everything went very smoothly. Post race was a lot of fun as well. Definitely had a great experience.

  • Comments: No way of rating compared to anything else, but it was easy for me to figure out as a first timer and run well. Way to hot on the flight line though.

  • Comments: This was the first triathlon I every did back in 2004 and it's local. It's actually pretty popular despite not really being a great course. The roads for the bike are pretty beat up and the run is out ion the open with no scenery. Still, it's a fun local event and the post-race party has plenty of good food and beer at Breezy Point Park. It's a great opportunity to do a little racing and enjoy the day with friends so I gave it a 4 overall.

  • Comments: This race had a 3x longer swim than my first, and about 2 mi longer bike. Coupled with the warmer temperatures I was not adequately prepared, which showed when I reached the run. Nevertheless it was a good time and I learned some more about what it takes to get through one of these events. Well organized with ample water and snacks.
