  • Comments: Roads were crap but overall I liked the course and felt good to PR my Olympic distance time by 33 mins.

  • Comments: Well run race. Lots of people were getting lost on the wrong side of the lake, so the start was delayed 15 mins to allow people to get there. Gave the sun a little bit more time to come up, and I thought it was cool of them to wait for other competitors.

  • Comments: The bike is a tough one and the run was hot. Should have been gatorade on the run. Pretty good course overall though.

  • Comments: Need more water stations on bike - only had one on bike course and it was at the bottom of a hill where you were going fast was unable to stop and so I was unable to get water. Should move to a slower part of course so hand off could have been done better. I heard others had same problem. Need carpet at T1 lots of rocks,very tough on feet going for the swim to the bike.

  • Comments: There needs to be a better way to transport athletes to the starting line and leave their vehicles parked at the finish line. I recommend a bus for athletes only.

  • Comments: Had a great race - very happy with my results... 8th overall - it just so happens that 5 out of the top 8 women were in my age group - GO FIGURE... Still working on getting my run back to where it use to be - without further injury. Tottally excited about being 2nd woman on the bike - very happy with my bike time...
