  • Comments: Loved this race. 2nd year doing it. This time got a bunch of friends to do it as well. Great race for me but even more rewarding to watch them all cross the finish.

  • Comments: As always, this is a great race. I love coming to Michael's hometown each year for Twin Lakes. This year there was apparently a photographer, so I look forward to see if we're in any photos. The volunteers were great and it was a great day to race!

  • Comments: This was a great first race. I saw triathletes from all levels ranging from young beginners to older vets. Wetsuits and great bikes, to speedos and casual road bikes. This was a fun way to get into the sport. I'll definitely do it next year.

  • Comments: Great race. It's Michael's hometown, but I'd do it anyway. Looking forward to hopefully doing it next year! I think this is the first time I've done a specific tri more than once. Was cool to compare it to last year.

  • Comments: Great little race. And Soooooo convenient. The race started at 6:30 so we were done and on our way home by 9 with the rest of the day ahead of us. Volunteers were great.

  • Comments: This event was extremely well organized and ran without a hitch, even with the inclimate weather. I hope to be back next year. And I wish I would have been able to meet fellow BTers there. Hangloose tried to call me but I left the cell at home. One of these days. It would be nice to find some training friends in the area too. Great race!!!!!

  • Comments: I have to rate this race "best" because it's my first! This was really well organized. They said it started at 6:30 and it really did. Right on the button. These people know what they are doing. There are no finisher's ribbons or medals because they keep the price down and put all the money into organizing the event and it shows. Great event, great time. Hang loose.
