Comments: Felt good.. May have pace alittle to fast. What would you do differently?: Get in a good warm-up. Transition 1
What would you do differently?: Need to get the speed laces on my shoes. Bike
Comments: Course was ok. Couple intersection could have more people to man it. Started to cramp in my abs at mile 11. Which I had to slow at lot to work on. What would you do differently?: Need to work on why I cramp up. Transition 2
Comments: starting to cramp up again as I was tying my shoe. Speed Laces!! Run
Comments: I was already tired after the bike. What would you do differently?: Maybe have another gel during the run. Had my at about mile 16 on the bike. Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: Need to run more Event comments: About 100 racers total for both distance. Great local race. Will do it again. Last updated: 2014-02-06 12:00 AM
