 Yesterday:

I justified cheering on James Bond instead of writing a paper last night  by pulling out the bike trainer. Several people in my residence set up the big screen and project and watched Casino Royal  so spun in the background on the trainer. So 2 hours and 27 minutes on the trainer for me. Woowhoo! Everyone I live with now officially agrees that I'm Krazy.

 today:

I'll head to the gym for some ellyptical time and abs and core.

Ooooo I'm jealous of the James Bond thing!

30 Min. water run today and maybe an hour on the trainer tonight!

Got an essay to finish by tomorrow, and WSIT course tonight, not to mention the other 2 papers I have due early next week.  I still live in Rez at UBC, but there's no James Bond night since it's a senior Rez.  I miss first year rez and advising

Still very sick.  Maybe I'll do some stretching or something...but that's it.  Nothing taxing.

Had a great 32 min swim!  Getting back into the groove!  It was nice to walk the dogs without the rain......Hopefully this keeps up or least while I'm out walking the dogs!

Ride on the trainer at home as opposed to the planned group trainer ride at the the tri-club. Was a good session anyways, Sprints, hill intervals and cadence drills made up as the I watched Vancouver play (get played). Also did some Abs and Core. Most importantly I got some OT. Good day today!

Upper body strength training, trainer, and yoga. 1:20 in all. And I didn't feel like working out but once I started, well you know...

Thanks Airborne - I'm 12 for 12.
