Guilty of this as well - when training for the marathon last year, I'd sometimes leave half-empty fuel belt bottles of Nu'un in the fridge. Stumble in after a few too many to remember I have tasty, cold electrolytes waiting for me in the fridge

I actually ONLY use it recovery.  I have nuun in front of me right now.  Drinking, dehydration, fatigue...it helps me with all those. 

In regards to drinking, my favorite concoction is to make a bottle of endurox before i go out.  I hit half the bottle before bed, the other half first thing when I wake up.  Get more sleep and I am golden.

I think Berocca is the best hangover cure! If I have a big night out, I'll make a real effort to have a Berocca and a big glass of water before I go to bed and I usually wake up fine. I think its the B-vitamins and rehydration that does the trick

I always pop an Endurolyte and drink Gatorade before going to bed after a night of drinking. It works wonders.

It would only help me in this respect by making my puke.  I haven't found any Nuun flavors that do it for me.  Give me G2 mixed half strength with water any day.  As far as a hangover cure, I just take a B12 before I start drinking and one with a couple ibuprofen and a glass o' water before I pass out and I feel like a spring chicken in the AM.
