Initial order was placed Sunday June 28th. I called and emailed them on Monday June 29th after I heard nothing all morning. Interview happened on June 30th. Emailed them back on July 7th first thing in the morning to discuss issues. July 7 afternoon got a response back from Kaytee that said Michael needed to look at it. Nothing at all today. No follow up. No "we're busy but we'll get to you". Nothing. I only found one bad experience that someone posted online. Otherwise, EVERYONE has had a great experience. I think that's why I'm so frustrated. I know it's not true, but I feel like the forgotten customer. I normally would not take this to the internet but I'm frustrated and could not think of a next step. Emailing Michael here and on the other forum is a great idea that I didn't think of. I will do that. |
