Subject: What's up with Infinit?
The high expectations set by past and current users, IMHO, are not being meet (for me that is).  Not having much luck with customer service. 

Purchased two mixes.  Formulas need tweaking.  Having gas and Big D problems post workout.

Emails and phone calls are going unanswered. 

I send email email to [email protected].  After I get a response, their email address bounces back as failed.  So I then have to resend to the customerservice address.

Even today, I called and got a message that says "offices are closed but you can leave a message".  But then none of their options on the voicemail work and you can't really leave a message.

So now I have no working nutrition plan and $75 worth of useless powder.

Very frustrated.

How much protein is in the mix?  Will stay tuned on this thread as hope all is well with em and not a sign of turn for the worse in the economy.......

WOW! That's weird.

I called them probably 3 weeks back and the phone was immediately answered. I hope everything is OK over there... what you are experiencing is NOT the norm.

Thats a good point. 

Initial order was placed Sunday June 28th.
I called and emailed them on Monday June 29th after I heard nothing all morning.
Interview happened on June 30th.

Emailed them back on July 7th first thing in the morning to discuss issues.
July 7 afternoon got a response back from Kaytee that said Michael needed to look at it.
Nothing at all today.  No follow up.  No "we're busy but we'll get to you".  Nothing.

I only found one bad experience that someone posted online. Otherwise, EVERYONE has had a great experience.  I think that's why I'm so frustrated.  I know it's not true, but I feel like the forgotten customer.  I normally would not take this to the internet but I'm frustrated and could not think of a next step.

Emailing Michael here and on the other forum is a great idea that I didn't think of.  I will do that.

I spoke to Mike yesterday and today in addition to KT.  Another formulation is on the way.

I am very impressed with Mike reaching out to me not once but twice while he is on vacation.  He took the time to explain the phone issues and offered up his personal cell phone to me should I need it.  I can tell that Mike works tirelessly to make his company the best in product and customer service. 

While the jury is still out on the final formulation for me, at this point, Infinit has my full recommendation.
