Veteran  494   Berkley |  Subject: First time you heard...Oh my way to a meeting I heard "Guerilla Radio" by Rage Against the Machine. This reminded me of the first time I heard RATM working out at the local YMCA with my friend Dan. Whenever I hear a song from Collective Soul it reminds me when I was about 10 years old playing NES in the house I grew up in. Anyone else have songs/bands that when you hear them, it takes you back to the first time you heard them, or special moment in life? |

Skid Row always makes me remember tech-ing in the ski/bike shop at Dave Cook's (then bought out by Gart Brothers) back "in the day". Good times. |

Wow, is that dating one's self or what? Actually the most requested when I worked roller skating rink was Paradise by the Dashboard Light. I hate that song and most of Meat Loaf's music now because of that song. |
