I seen these advertised, has anyone used them?  I was wondering what the content was like, before I bought any of them.

I like them very much. quite easy to follow and I have actually bought most of the spinervals. If there is anyone you are interested in I am selling some of them, all once used in the dvd case, please feel free to PM.

I have 2, the uphill grind and no slackers allowed. I like them for the winter, they are short and intense. I an actually looking for a few more for this winter. Makes the trainer a little easier to get on. I find it helps me to have the coach telling what to do when, and how much effort I should be putting out.

For me, Spinervals can be a very good way to get a quality workout in on the bike in the winter when the snow is flying.

I have Hillacious, Time trial/triathletes and AeroBasebuilder 5.  They are HARD workouts but have really helped me get quaility workouts on the trainer when weather is bad or I can't get out in daylight hours.  I actually e-mailed Coach Troy a while back with a question and someone (not sure if it was really him or a staff person) replied to me the next day--more involved than a lot of folks that put out videos and such.

I have the Time Trialapalooza (spelling?) DVD and it is a great, concise workout that will help raise your FTP.  Very challenging workout that can be done in less than 1.25 hours.  I did it once per week this past spring.

X2 on uphill grind and no slackers. I also have Suffer-o-rama and Muscle Breakdown. I love them all and attribute my strength in biking do doing these in the off season 1x per week, and sometimes using them as my interval/hill work, too. I even chant stuff in my head from Coach Troy when racing. "Knees to the top tube, tight tight tight"! (tight meaning holding a tight aero postion)

I got the Tough Love 13.0 Spinervals because I wanted something that I could do for long rides in the winter time [in case I ever decide on a spring HIM or IM] as well as something I could just do for like 45 minutes or so to keep my mind occupied. You don't have to do the thing start to finish [it's 3 hours long], you can go through it and pick segments you want. I found that cheaper than buying an endurance workout and a speed workout. I consulted with BTer Tupuppy before making my decision as he has like 7 or so Spinervals DVDs making him one of our resident experts.

I think these are great. Cyclerobics, came with my first trainer, But now i have several. Uphill grind and recovery and Technique are my mainstays. I use the winter as down time and to work on my cycling form. I have a hard time being on the trainer for more than an hour.

I have recovery and technique - which is a great tool - as well as Have mercy and Have Mercy the sequel - which are sets of the hardest workouts from each of the Spinervals workouts - a greatest hits, as it were.  I like the Have Mercy videos because you can tailor tham to the type of workout you want to do and the legth you want to do it for.
