Nice report Chris.
I've stopped of with some friends in your area (Tenterden), some nice leafy, bendy roads there that would be pretty scary to hurtle down.

Good report Chris and congratulations on beating your goal times. Good job on pushing the run pace too and still having enough to run up the hill at the end. It sounds like a perfect finish.

that race sounds like everything went soo perfectly!  I'm soo happy for you!  How did Bryan end up doing?
