One law I would be all for if it could be worded well.

Anyone knowingly bringing false charges against another, when convicted, will serve the maximum sentence allowed that the accused would have been eligible to serve, including add-on time for using a weapon, if applicable.

You bring charges against someone for assault, rape, whatever, it better be real. I'm not talking about he said/she said stuff, I'm talking about times like this thread's reason for being and for students who want to get back at a teacher and bring false rape charges just to get back.
