Good morning!

4:45am:  :40 minute run 

5:30am:  5X5 strength + planks

Later today:  OWS out at Blue

Karen, I hope you get the new digs--sounds great! 

GODAWGs..glad to hear you are ready to roll for Sunday--is your race strictly a running race or a tri?

5:45 - track workout, with main set of 2 x (800m, 400m, 200m at 6:00 pace), 1'r. Short and sweet.

3 mile run for this guy, getting a nice sunrise. I'm totally soaking up the last bits of "cool" weather down here in Texas.

2700 yards in the pool this am. Ladder sets

70 minute run with about 20 sets of fartleks scheduled for this evening.

About to call it a night here. Today was a bit less epic than yesterday, at least!

6:20 AM --1:02 run with a bunch of fartlek pickups. Somehow I read the wrong date on Training Peaks and did a similar (but more difficult) workout from next week instead!

Nothing else except for running some errands and various pre-moving tasks. Basically packing everything I don't need in the next 3-4 weeks so I don't have to try to do it later when I'm busy at work.

Looking at places again tomorrow; if I don't find anything better, hoping to finalize it with the apt. I liked earlier. Also have a swim and trainer ride so sounds like a strenuous day!

I can proudly report that I did swim post-route canal last night.  This morning was an ez pace 6 mile run.  Tonight either a one hour bike session or another swim.

Yea, I uncomfortably made my way through the whole run without a shirt on to psychologically "pre-chill" myself  before summer hits.

My race is a sprint Tri. Looking forward to it after missing last year or racing.

Quick workout on the trainer before driving to Charlotte this morning.
