Subject: RE: Rebounding after bad workouts?Oh, yes, definitely, I'm sure there will be lots of varied opinions as triathlons/cycling/working out etc are just not exact sciences. If they were it would be easy right? But, I figured getting some input would be good. I definitely want my workouts to be more regular and they will be for the foreseeable future. Swim tonight, weekly group ride tomorrow, swim Wednesday, ride Thursday, Saturday and Sunday are all on tap this week. Hopefully, you're right, it was just weirdness from too much time off. |
