Oshkosh, Tri'ing or Pleasant Prairie?  Any thoughts?  I'm looking to do the LG HIM in September so would like to find something similar if possible.

Thanks
Suzy

I dont think any of those has anything like the hills you will see on the run course, so pick the one for charity.  Tri'ing it is!

I've done or been to all of those and really you can't go wrong no matter which one you pick. But as jszat pointed out, they're all flat and fast. I guess if I had to choose it would be Pleasant Prairie, because that's where I set my PR. However, Tri-ing is for a good cause and I believe TriDDS sits on the board for that one, so you'd be helping out a fellow Donk.

I've done the Oshkosh Sprint and the PP oly, and they're both flat and fast (PR'd at PP as well). My vote is Tri-ing, again for the charity reason.

I have done the Olys at Oshkosh and Tri-ing. (and most likely will do both this year) Like them both, but I'd probably vote for Tri-ing for Children's.

I'll be at both Tri-ing and LG.  I picked Triing for charitable reasons, and was thrilled when i found out i could specify which hospital and which program i would be supporting.  Being an adoptive-parent-in-waiting, i opted for the International Adoption Clinic at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin.

Just found out we are traveling over the Tri'ing weekend which is a total bummer based on all of your comments.  It looks like it will be Pleasant Prairie or Oshkosh.  Thanks for the feedback.

I have only done PP and it is my favorite race.  They do a great job over there.   And it is flat and fast.  Of course, after doing Triterium, everything is flat and fast.  Keep training on the hills and it won't matter if your Oly is flat, my $.02.
