64cm ROAD bike...

Sensei  Sin City |  Subject: 64cm ROAD bike...I'm looking for one... So far, I have been able to find the Trek 2.3, and a couple models from Ridley that are 64cm CtoT. Cannondale and spcialized have 63cm offerings. Any other large frames out there that you know of? |

I believe it was runningfoo who built up a large Leader frame a few years ago and was quite happy with it. I haven't seen him post in a while but it might be worth searching some of Leader posts for road bikes. Good luck, Shane |

Veteran 499 El Segundo, CA | Subject: RE: 64cm ROAD bike... I have a 63 cm steel frame Peugeot road bike (circa 1987). The technology may be a little dated, but it does say "Triathlon" on the top tube. Also, the seatpost uses an expander bolt instead of a clamp (more aero!). |

| Expert 900 Austin, TX | Subject: RE: 64cm ROAD bike... I'm still here! I've built Leader frames in both Tri and Road geometry and have been very happy with the quality for the price. I did build up a 65cm road frame that was a bit longer in the top tube than any other stock frame I could find at the time. PM me if you need any more info about the frames. |

| Veteran 749 | Subject: RE: 64cm ROAD bike... Main problem I always have is that the headtube stays too short on all these sizes. I went custom with serotta for road bike and cervelo p2c 61cm has a very tall headtube that works well for us tall ones. John. |
