Since I'm racing Cd'A next year, I'm definitely interested in the dvd. What will be your price point and when do you anticipate you'll be ready to sell/ship?

We're currently working on IM Boise. We're from the northwest and will probably be doing Lake Stevens in the next few months. Our goal is to offer 4-5 courses by the end of this year and expanding our reach through 2014. Our site has an email opt in to keep updated on what we're working on, thanks for the question!

Course video's now include IM Coeur d'Alene and Boise 70.3. We've also posted some course overview notes for Boise on our blog @ tricoursehd.com. Would you like to film your own course? We'll pay you. Email us for more [email protected] or check the most recent blog post at www.tricoursehd.com.
In the works for the upcoming months: IM Chattanooga and IM Arizona.
Cheers,
Sam

I agree and would like to know when or if you plan on creating a training DVD for this race.

Thanks,

Terry

I struggled on the bike while climbing the hill portions of the course. I do fine on long straight rides but really have a tough time while hill climbing. Any advice or training tips?

It’s a challenge to push yourself a little harder and a little further. Be proud of every workout that is accomplished and every step-even the baby ones-that you take on this course to the finishline.

After you have established the Ironman goal, the most important factor outside of the training is which race to choose? What is your best sort of course, hilly, rolling, flat?
