OK, I'll start....

/* Stands up....

Hi Team 4!

My name is Dee, and I'm a challengeoholic.

I've joined BT in August 2007, and participated in my first challenge in September 2007. I've been hanging out in this forum ever since. (I blame a bunch of people for this addiction. You all know who you are.)

I just took a new job in a new state, so I've been busy. (Anyone wanna help me unpack?) I ended up not participating in the challenges for a few months, but now I'm back! (*Insert evil laughter here.*)

Since I'm already running the challenge, I'll volunteer to be the Team Captain. Basically, this just means that I'll remind you when the spreadsheet updates are due, and I'll taser "encourage" you to update them in time.

If anyone gets sick or injured, just let me know and we'll figure out what to do about your challenge goal.

- Dee

Hola team quattro...  My name is Andy - I like challenges - I signed up for half mary in Dec so I have to run this month - oh yeah - I have my first Oly Tri in about two weeks as well.  I am not fast like Robert, but I am fast enough to stay ahead of Dee and her cattle prod!  Unfortunately there is a rumor that she has a bike and a car - then I could be in trouble again.  Great to be this challenge team - it appears it will be a bit chatty....

Run fast, grasshopper. I have no hesitations about zapping you while I lean out the window of a moving car.

(I'm slow on the bike too. That's why I like the car approach.)

I'm hoping that all 4 teams will be chatty this month. If not, I'll zap the quiet ones with a taser. (I'm saving the cattle prod for you guys.)

Oh, and we still need a better name than "Team 4." I suggest people toss out ideas, otherwise I'm going to go with something bizarre, like "Two-Toed Two-Ton Toads" aka TTTTT. (Yeah, kind of like a TT, only longer.)

That ^^^ ought to get you all thinking. LOL

"Who are you?  I'm a walrus *pencils hanging out of mouth acting as tusks*"  From one of the all time best movies ~ Name that movie!

(Somewhat) seriously though my name is Michelle and I'm a SAHM who finally got off my butt today and registered for one of the last 8 classes I need to finish my degree.  As you can see, I currently live in Hawaii (but have lived all over at one time or another) and am finishing out my first tri/racing season with a 1/2 mary in Nov ~ nice timing for the challenge Dee!

Now I just need to sit down and figure out my goals.  Ya think?!

Hola team numero quatro

My name is Robert and I am too a challengaholic. Last month I didn't participated in any challenge and my post count suffered from it and I missed it.

I am running my first marathon on Nov 1st, the New York city marathon.  So this challenge couldn't be at a better time. Dee do you think that the challenge could finish on Nov 1st? That would give me another 42km to add on my goal

Hey team!  I'm Erica, a SAHM to three crazy wonderful kids.  I enjoy the challenge forum and have made many friends here.  I took last month off cause I was moving but unlike Dee, I am all unpacked.  Perhaps I should taser her to get it all done???   I got my house finished in 5 days.   I don't haven any races coming up cause I bailed on my half marathon that was supposed to be in two weeks.  I have taken two weeks off from training because of the move and I have my 3 y/o nephew staying with me for a week (half way there, thank goodness!)  Anyway, I just like to run in the fall.  It is beautiful and I love it.  I shall have to come up with a goal soon, huh?

I hope they have it too.  I want to hear how it is!  My 305 is on it's last leg.  We've had it for around 4 years so I can't complain!

Hi Team 4!!  Nice to seem some familiar faces.  For those of you I don't know now, I'm sure I will get to know you by the end of the month.

My name is Jen.  I'm running two marathons this fall - Marine Corps Marathon in October and the Richmond Marathon in November - so long as my gall bladder stops acting up and causing pain.  I just finished the Ragnar Relay - a 200 mile, 12 person relay that goes all night.  It was quite an experience and lots of fun!!

I have lots of running to do in October.  I haven't figured my goal yet.  I have to go through my training plan and add it all up.  It is nice to know I'll have sufficient "motivation" to get it done.
