Testing, testing.....

I'm here.  Lurking.

I've been 'training' - run 3X week but have shin splints bad again. I hate my shins. I need a shin transplant.

I'm back in the pool twice again. Feels like I never left, thank god!

Been spinning on the trainer a couple times a week too.

I had surgery!  FINALLY!!!!!

They put a green titanium plate and 8 screws in my collarbone. It's finally stable and after 6 days I am going to try life off painkillers tomorrow.  This is the same collarbone I broke in Penticton the day before ironman. No I wasn't planning on racing that weekend but it hampered my ability to cheer on Hazmaster and Leah and it's been a horror story of nonhealing since. After less than a week it's feeling a lot better and I am starting to et antsy.

you're right! It's all your fault.  Remind me to steer clear of you until I am fully healed.

I've been eating well AND exercising.

Now I hurt and I'm hungry.  

Leah, I know where you can get back at 'er tonight!

I'm here too. Just doing the usual. I started a new job at the end of November, so I'm pretty busy at work too and trying to fit into the routine.

If anyone wants to go for a ride, let me know.

I agree - it's crap.  Almost bailed walking the dog last night.  Very, very close.
