weight training, lots of pullups and pulldowns, then legs finish with medicine balls squats and jumping jacks/ jump rope. tommorow is off and im soo ready
30 mile ride. Got dropped by my group since I couldn't hang on riding my cyclocross bike and the engine was mis-firing. Got bummed about the long solo ride home and decided to run 7 miles with a homebase T2 just to reassure myself that things were OK.
