Subject: RE: December Challenge Ideas?Ok, so it looks as if we have some different ideas of what the challenge should be for December. It's going to be a tough decision, but since tomorrow is December, I think it's high time we established some parameters. From the sounds of it, 7 days a week is out, since that was the November challenge. I think that is fair, since it most definitely is the off-season. I personally, am in for the :45 a day challenge, since this is my first Winter of training and I am looking to improve significantly for the summer season. After all my years of 50 weeks of training (swimming) and 2 weeks off a year, I am used to the year-round training regiment, and I'm LOVING it so far! I think what we need, is to have everyone set out a specific goal for themselves, and put the goal in their Signature, so we can all creep on eachother and make sure we're keeping up! I'm personally going to put my progress in the Signature. Also, If it was posted here in this thread or a new one, that would also be adequate. What does everyone think of that? Our sigs could include: "The British Columbia December Challenge: 45 Mins. Per day : [0/31]" Any other ideas?
