Subject: RE: How to get rid of big black antsIt's not the big black ones, but on occasion, we have an ant problem here in the desert. They like to head indoors when it gets too hot. First of all, we put away/contain any food. If you leave food out? It's a buffet. Yours may not be into that, but just going on what we do. Second, find where they get into the house. We just follow the trail and find its some small crack or pin hole somewhere. I buy an ant gel made by "Combat". It's in a giant sized syringe and I inject it into the crack. They eat and die, and it blocks the entry point. You may have a totally different species, so try multiple things until you hit on it. |
