I'll join this time. I've been slacking in January and February so maybe this challenge, and nice weather, will get me motivated. 10K later today and we are going to run to the start line and then home; so hopefully will start the month with some mileage.

Roland, sorry about your toe!!!

Thanks Pink Socks! I saw the podiatrist today and he said I'm healing well. I can possibly starting biking and swimming next week and some normal walking to speed walking the week after depending on how it feels.

How's everyone's mileage going so far? I'm still at 0.

At 25.5 miles now but hope to get some more mileage this weekend and next week while on vacation. Thankfully our weather has warmed up so hopefully I'll be better about getting up in the mornings for runs.

I was at 98.84 miles in February. At the end of February, beginning of March I went 7 days without doing any swimming, biking or running after getting knocked on my butt with Relapsing Polychondritis (an autoimmune disease). I am back on my feet and slowly building back into all 3 disciplines. Now I have 5 weeks until Boston. From March 21st to April 4th I will be in Texas putting in a big run block so I should have a good total for March.

DaVinci, hope you are feeling better!

48.9 miles thus far. HM tomorrow and I'm not really in HM shape. Should be able to complete it but I think that my time will suck. Oh well, a race is better than no race.

82.7 after today's run. Hope I can find time between thunderstorms over the next few days to reach 100.

91.52 miles as of today. 30 minute run tomorrow then a nice 75 minute tempo run along the beach on South Padre Island to finish off March. Those 2 days should put me over the top.

Nice! I did a run test today! 1.5 miles with very minor foot pain! Podiatrist said I can race Oceanside 70.3 too! Yay!!! I'm gonna have to pace it super easy though.

WTG, DeVinci! Glad you made it to the 100 miles. Will you be in taper now? Best of luck in Boston!

Roland, glad that you got a run in but is it ok since you had foot pain? Just take it easy. Congrats tho on getting clearance for Oceanside.

I missed 100 miles. 92.7 for me. Was startled that March didn't have an extra weekend like it normally does. Oh well, hopefully I'll get the 100 in April.

100.01

I'm pretty happy considering I took almost 2 weeks off. Half of that 100 was in a span of less than 14 hours! Bring on the miles April!

104.24 miles for the month. I did 8.96 miles today at South Padre Island. Running on the beach is a lot different than any running I have done before. It was 82F with 74% humidity to make it feel like 88F. Add in a wind out of the south gusting up to 47 mph and it was an interesting run. I am now 18 days away from Boston. I head back to Winnipeg on April 4th after a nice 2 week run intensive block down in the Texas heat.

Congrats to all those who reach the 100 mile mark this month. And to those who didn't, there is always next month.
