Veteran  257   Stirling, Scotland |  Subject: LDSB September challengeLDSB = Longest distance since birth. Shamelessly stolen from Whizz. The challenge is to increase the furthest you have gone in a tri discipline in a day. State your LSSB/LBSB/LRSB (longest swim/bike/run since birth) and if you can increase any of these top distances then award yourself a gold/silver or bronze depending on if you increase 3, 2 or 1 of these maximums.
To start the ball rolling my current LDSBs are: LSSB= 3500m LBSB= 65mi LRSB= 13mi |

Lethbridge, Alberta Bronze member | Subject: RE: LDSB September challenge I'll play. current LDSB: LSSB=3500m LBSB=101.2km/62.9mi. LRSB=42.2km/26.2mi. Aiming for bronze, with silver a possibility.  I intend to push out the bike distance. The run will have to stand, for the foreseeable future. Later in September I may consider a longer swim but I've been relaxing through most of August so it will depend on how the re-training goes. |

LDSB swim - 4,300 yards LDSB ride - 108 miles LDSB run - 26.2 Might be able to break the swim (I'll be DOING the swim in a race situation on Sept. 29th), definitely will get the bike with my 112 (in that same race). Run? I ain't going over 26.2 for quite a long time ........ |

LSSB- 3500yd, LBSB- 104mi LRSB 13.1mi That 3500 had a 2 minute break in the middle, but I hope to exceed that this month, The bike might be close, I have not checked the time of my long ride for the month, and the run, I am guessing that will fall pretty easily this month.

Elite 3489 Lakewood, CO | Subject: RE: LDSB September challenge Bumped up to a Silver! Did my longest swim session this afternoon 9x500 for 4500 yds! and I did a session this morning so for the day I had 6100 yds. (Sad part was it was over 1/4 of my volume for the month of September) |
