i did 7 rolling miles in 22 mins this morning followed by pushup and sit ups and will be going for an evening jog of a mile or so this evening. the bike is getting easier and i have been trying to get my average speed up. 6 weeks till my first TRI
1000m swim done (felt so motivated and inspired to swim well today)
1 hour bike ride after work (sans computer because i can't figure out what i did to my cateye strada wireless - it is not reading my bike as moving - anyone have any advice????)
Wonderful run on island trails...plan to go to the dock and play with my kids and maybe swim. I would like to do a quick ride around Pike's Bay later if time/life permits.Have fun training everyone!
