I was on vacation last week...managed to get in some good OWS time, but I'm behind on the run and bike. I'll catch it up....I promise.

How's everyone else doing?

OK folks....we have got to do better logging out workouts.  These results are what you have posted today (7/11), but some of you have been MIA for the weekend...as have I.  I need to have these results to Renee on Sunday nights, so please post them no later than that day so I can tally the results that night and get them to her.

Trimossy, we need you to post your workouts in the logs.  That is one of the requirements of these challenges.  Please update soon so I can forward to Renee as well.

Keep the workouts going....I think we are doing better than the results show, but we still have plenty of time to get to our goals, so let's get out there and catch up where needed.

Trimossy is posting...did you mean Jiggies?

And does it matter if I think my swim total is wrong?  I'm at about 30%.....I guess it doesn't matter, it'll change next week.

All that aside, what an awesome group!  You are all doing great!

I guess that is what I get for trying to do it late at night after coming in from a long day.  My apologies Trimossy.....I did mean Jiggies!!!

And Cathy, you are correct your totals are 34.8/65.6/45.2 for an average of 48.53%.

Our team goal is then increased to 25%.

Thanks Cathy!

Hey woman...who agreed to let you slack off????  I don't remember getting that memo.

Nice work....good to see that someone is getting close to their goals.  I have had a bad week, but should be able to get back on track once I get home.

Okay guys...I'm in a serious slump! Don't worry, my goals will be met if I have to do it all in one weekend However, right now it just seems like I've lost all my super human powers, lol. I feel so slow and negative thoughts are always entering my mind now during workouts. Can a half-ironman suck all the willpower away like that?? It's not fair. Anyways, I apologize for my sluggishness and WILL get back on track.

Gina,

Sluggishness is definitely due to the over consumption of too much Guinness.  Perhaps one week of solid rest followed by the introduction of a newer, better beverage choice... say...err...Yuengling perhaps....will lead you to heightened levels of performance and mental acquity.

Anyone else affected by the hurricane and all of this rain in the Southeast? I've got the bike in the car to ride this afternoon, and its storming like crazy again. Guess I'll wait it out and run after the rain.

Hey Jiggies.  You have to go to your log.  Top of the screen should have a button that says "Training Log".  Then enter each day go to "Edit today's log" and enter what you did.  That's the only way we can keep track of it.

So the rain appears to have left...so I got in a 4 1/2 mile run; that leaves me a 21 mile bike ride behind for the week, but I'm also going to miss Masters Swim Friday morning, so I've got to fit that in somewhere too. Can't let the team down, though...I'll find time somewhere as long as the weather cooperates.
