I'd much rather see a fit triathlete chick blow past me on a tri-bike.  

I watched that for about 30 seconds out of 4 minutes....because if I had to listen to that bimbo giggle/laugh/whatever for another 3 1/2 minutes I would try to rip my ears off.

Classic target fixation. You can watch his head turn TOWARDS the cyclists before he exits the turn. Bad, BAD rider!

No offense to the cyclists but that has got to be the dumbest place to ride a bike I have seen in a while. They would be better off riding on the freeway.

There is a reason there were cameras available to catch that. People camp out on that corner to watch all the idiots in their cars and motorcycles wipe out on that turn. There are thousands of Youtube videos of cars and motorcycles going off the road on that very corner. Not exactly a smart place to be on a bike. 

Where should the cyclist be then?

Serious question, given the same conditions I would have more than likely found myself in exactly the same area on the road.

On a two lane road with no shoulder I personally would have been exactly on that white line give or take a foot.

Not the position in the lane, the road itself. That is a hill in SoCal that is well known for being the place to go race your motorcycle or fast car up and down. That particular corner has a weird apex to it and a slight tilt that shifts the weight of the car to the outside of the lane. That Youtube channel is full of cars and motorcycles wiping out on that very corner. They camp there because it happens constantly. 

I personally would not ride my bicycle on a road that is renowned for out of control vehicles.
