Subject: 8.22.12 Wednesday's WorkoutGood morning. The day I've dreaded all summer is upon me...back to work. I know, cry you a river after having 12 weeks off!  4:15am: 50 minute run 5:15am: Insanity Max Plyometrics Felt really fatigued today through everything. I think I need to eat something as soon as I get up, or eat more during the day. My diet has been excellent all week, but I don't think I've eaten enough to support my workouts. I'll start to tinker around with it! Have a fabulous day, all! PS...not really dreading going back to work...I welcome a schedule again and I do kind of miss the little 8th grade hooligans! |
