Comments: Felt good! Was SHOCKED to be under 9:00!! What would you do differently?: Nothing. Transition 1
Comments: Plopped down in the gym to get on shoes. Felt OK here. Bike

Comments: Didn't feel super fast, but was nice and consistent. Post race
