5:45am: 60 minutes on the trainer, on the new bike with no power again, but I ended with jello legs and feeling like I had put in an appropriate effort.
Later: heading to the pool today--it's going to be 90 degrees here today and 102 on Saturday.
Class this morning - 11x4' HR staircase intervals but I ran out of gas about 3/4 in..I might get a short run in later if I can muster some willpower. Long run tomorrow, hopefully well under way before day-break
