ABAKE's caramel scheme in the other thread was the basis for what's probably going to be the paint scheme on my P3C that gets here on MONDAY!!!

Here's what I ended up with and a closer shot of what will be on the down tube.

I like it as well - and not to be critical here of a nice design, but the first thing I thought of when I saw it was, "isn't that the stock P3C white design?"

Why the green? I was using it as a contrasting color while I was working on the black and white layout and just liked the way it looked.

And yeah, I'll be doing it myself along with making a custom carbon disk cover for my Zipp 404.

I will definitely post porn pics when it's done.

I didn't want to add another color, so there wasn't one left to use for the lettering. I suppose I could still do it in black on the seat stay.

Love the colors.

The 2009 Trek 1.5 had a great lime color scheme as well.

I decided to go with a tri bike but loved the colors.
