Subject: RE: 8.1.11 Rabbit Rabbit!Mornin' Another SRD. I'm getting back on a weight-loss regimen, fixin' to get back down to 215 (from 240--yikes!). I'm thinking that weight loss would help with my "dead legs", and it sure couldn't hurt my breathing. I'm writing down everything I eat (and drink, if it has any calories). I'm also going to cut back to one beer/day (max), VERY limited sweets (if any), LOTS of water, more fresh fruit/veggies, smaller portions and no late night snacking (my #1 downfall). It will be harder to lose this week, while I'm on break, but it's a good start. Hydrate plenty and stay safe, everyone! |
