Subject: RE: How Many Training Sessions Do You Do A WeekIn winter I usually do 4Xrun, 1X mountain bike, 1X spin or ride and 2X swim. In summer, 3-4X run, 3X swim, and 2X ride. So, 8 or 9. But I also have one bad week every six weeks or so (for work or life or tapering/resting ) so the long term average this year has worked in at about 6 in winter and 7 in summer. I think this is enough for a recreational (MOP ) Olympic, but I feel I need to step it up for 70.3. |
