Subject: RE: Any New August Challenges?I like the idea of the balanced challenge. This is the first one I've done, and its also the first month where I've actually stuck to the workout plan I made.
I would love to do the core challenge as well, but my gym is going to be closed for two weeks so I would have no way of lifting weights (is a college gym that's closing between the end of summer school and start of fall semester ). But maybe just let people choose. If they want to include core strength training, let them. If they want to only focus on the 3 sports, let them. If they only want to focus on 2 sports, that's fine too. Just let people pick from the 4, set their goals, and they get points if they meet all their goals. Seems like it should work (in my mind anyway ). |
