With a two-month-old having recently joined our family, I've had to be extra creative in getting my sweat on: 6:30am: Full-body, free weights circuit weight train (I'm the most muscular 155lb, 6' guy in the gym) 6:55am: Easy quarter mile lap swimming. 7:30am: 14 hilly mile bike ride into work. 5:30pm-ish: 17 hilly mile bike ride home!
