Subject: 9.16.16 Fantastic Friday!

Good morning BT!

4:45am:  :45 mins on the trainer

5:30am:  :40 mins lower body strength/core

Cross country meet went well yesterday!  All my boys ran a course PR and my freshman ran a season PR--all on a really difficult course.  My best runner medaled 2nd out 107 runners,  very proud of all of them!

Karen...my daughter will be 17 when she leaves as well--sounds so young to be going off into the world!

45 minutes on the trainer here too. I think I was about an hour later. Going to get back to strength stuff next week. I didn't do any during the final month or so before Calgary and Worlds, and feel like I'm becoming a 115 pound weakling again.

Congrats on the meet! This week has been absolutely epic at work and I am very ready for the weekend to be here.

7.5 mile run under the full moon at 4:00 AM
45 minutes of weight and core training after the run.

I have a 22 year old out of the nest and doing good. My 16 year old daughter has one more year after this year before she goes off to college.

Congrats on the cross country meet!
