Subject: RE: Ok - I know Lance endorses this stuff, BUT...I am no scientist, but I have read more than one study that says caffeine can enhance performance for endurance events. It has little to do with whether you drink it regularly or not. However, I also share the opinion that if you are not a regular user of caffiene, you will "feel" the effects of caffeine more readily. Also, as to the OP, FRS is nasty tasting. I rather have a nice iced coffee. Caffiene makes me feel less sleepy and natural anti-oxidants. YUM. |
