Those girls deserved to be berated. I mean, they need to HTFU and train. Jillian gave them homework. They are not working as hard as they can. How do they expect to lose and win?

I don't blame her. These girls do not need to be coddled. They are all adults, and they need to figure out what has to be done and sometimes that means a strong response from Jillian is what they need. I think of it like boot camp. You can't be built up until the old you is torn down.

they are wussies and I have no problem with her yelling at them and berating but I wish the camera would catch her "off the cuff" sometimes ...

it seems like she does it when she thinks the camera is calling for a good "blowup"...

and I guess her faking it just makes her extremely unattractive...

Like the product placements, I think some of this is choreographed by the producers for the show. I do think that Jillian's tirade played into the hands of what was being asked of her.

That being said, I have noticed that when you give Jillian 100%, she gives you 100%.  HTFU and train. That's what it's all about.

nope.  from the story I heard, she was married (to a guy) and tried to get pregnant -which was part of the reason she was gone from the earlier seasons.  I had read that her husband was killed in a car accident in LA - it was truly a tragic story.

As for Jillian, I have to go with the crowd that I love her moves.  I think some situations require kid-gloves, but she is right that these people VOLUNTEERED to be on the show and were chosen over other people.  A little kick in the butt is needed and last night's showing of some good public shaming was needed, IMO.

LOVE her.  And her abdominal splendor.  I generally like her attitude but she was a bit over the top last night.  Her tummy was on display so I can deal with the abrasiveness.  That is great stuff.

The product placements are horrible though.  I'm sure they move a ton of product though.

I've actually met her... and I totally agree with ^^^^^^^^^^^

I'm not saying they don't deserve it... i'm just saying sometimes Jillian overacts... sometimes you even see her look at the camera out of the side of her eyes...

I am sure she is a zone 5C pizza too, so as I was collapsing unconscious she would still be screaming at me to HTFU... All I would be thinking is make the mean lady STOP! No wait I didn't mean it... yes I did... Well maybe not...

She could be responsible to 50% of why I watch the show every week. WOW!
